When will I receive my order?

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered in 2 business days. For deliveries to other GCC countries, please allow 3-4 business days

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, modifications like adding or removing items are not possible. To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team via email or use our WhatsApp: +971506172781

What shipping options and charges are available?

Next-Day Delivery: AED 15
UAE: 1 Business Day

Standard Delivery: AED 12 (for orders under AED 250)
UAE: 2-3 Business Days
GCC (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3-4 Business Days

Expedited Delivery (KSA): AED 50 (for orders under AED 499)
KSA: 2-3 Business Days

What payment methods to you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery, as well as the following payment methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later).

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return an item, please click here. For exchanges, visit your nearest Gant store for a different size or color of the same item. Exchanges are limited to the same style and cannot be made for different products. Please note that beauty products, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love your purchase. In case it's not exactly what you wished for, you can request a return within 30 days. Just follow the steps on this link.

How long will my refund take?

Your refund will be processed within one working day of receiving your return at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your bank to credit your account.
