HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

We hope that you love your purchase. Just in case it’s not exactly what you wished for, you can request a return within 30 days. Just follow the steps below:

STEP 1

Log in. Click on "Account" at the bottom left.

STEP 2

Click on "Order History." Find your order and click "Request Return."

STEP 3

Select the items you want to return. Choose a reason for the return.

STEP 4

Click the "Request Return" button.

STEP 5

We will contact you to pickup the items. To track yourreturn, go to "My Orders."

  • Return Policy

    • We will collect your return within three working days
    • Once we receive your item(s), it will go through our Quality Check process,
      which takes up to 24-hours
    • All Cash-On-Delivery will be refunded as Store Credit within 24-hours
    • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 10 days to reflect in your
      account
    • Please ensure all item(s) are returned in their original brand packaging
    • We will send unapproved items back to you
    • Beauty, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Exchange Policy

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so at the nearest Gant store. Please note that exchanges are limited to size and color variations of the same style and cannot be made for a different item.
    • Beauty products, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
