HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

We hope that you love your purchase. Just in case it’s not exactly what you wished for, you can request a return within 14 days. Just follow the steps below:

STEP 1

Log in. Click on "Account" at the bottom left.

STEP 2

Click on "Order History." Find your order and click "Request Return."

STEP 3

Select the items you want to return. Choose a reason for the return.

STEP 4

Click the "Request Return" button.

STEP 5

We will contact you to pickup the items. To track yourreturn, go to "My Orders."

    We aim to make your return process as smooth and efficient as possible. Please review the following information to understand how returns and refunds are handled:

    Return Collection:
    Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange collection within 3–5 working days.

    Quality Check:
    Upon receiving your returned item(s), they will go through a quality check. Once approved, we will process your refund.

    Refund Method:

    o Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded in the form of online store credit or a gift card.

    o Card payments will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note it may take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.


    Return Conditions:

    o Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and must be unworn and unused.

    o Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer.


    Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

    o Underwear and swimwear
    o Cosmetics and beauty products
